Does every integration synchronize stock in both directions?

No. Direction depends on the connection and configuration. Toast reads menus and orders without stock write-back. Amazon FBA stock stays managed by Amazon. Supported Shopify and Square stock updates require the correct item, location, permissions, and sync settings.

Can I use the same stock across multiple sales channels?

Supported channel mappings can connect sellable products to the inventory behind them. Validate each required channel, event, and location before relying on a shared pool. FBA stock must remain separate, and a connector listing is not a guarantee of overselling prevention.

Does the sample order connect to my store?

No. It uses fictional data and local sample operations. It demonstrates stock review and receiving without connecting a store, sending an order, or updating live inventory. A separate evaluation verifies your actual integration.

What if my channel is not listed?

Tell us the platform and updates you need. We will check whether an existing connection fits or custom development is required, then agree scope and timing.

What moves between your systems?

Read the directions separately. These capabilities require an active connection, permissions, item mappings, and the relevant settings.
